We know that it is hard to make changes in your life if you’re not feeling healthy and fit. We have a number of activities that seek that help people restore and nourish their mental and physical fitness. Our services include counselling, peer support groups and medical, dental and eye care.

  • Mind – we empower people to improve their mental health
  • Body – we give people the tools to improve their physical health
  • Community – we foster connections and facilitate social capital


In 2021 we launched the Jockey Club ImpactHK Sports & Health Programme, which seeks to promote active and healthy lifestyles among people experiencing homelessness. This includes

  • Yoga, breathing + mindfulness classes
  • Fitness and sports classes
  • Personal training
  • Physiotherapy
  • Retreats + day trips
  • Football coaching + team sports
  • Hiking + running group
