100 is our sports and counselling space in Tai Kok Tsui where we host a range of activities and support sessions. We help people to build psychological resilience, through everything from one-on-one counselling to peer support groups like Narcotics Anonymous. It is also home to the Jockey Club ImpactHK Sport & Health Programme, where we empower people to live healthier and more active lives.
