What We Do

The services for people experiencing homelessness are based on the Therapeutic Community Model (TCM).

The core values of the programme include love, care, opportunity, and trust. We provide our service users with life necessities, such as shelter and nutritious meals, while also offering comprehensive support and assistance. This includes case management, medical services, sports classes and interest groups. The goal is to gradually recover and improve our service users’ physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being.

Additionally, we offer various educational, vocational, internship and employment referral programmes to enhance the service users’ quality of life.

Through group living, service users learn to establish positive daily routines, rebuild their self-esteem, and regain hope for the future. The therapeutic community approach empowers service users to take an active role in their recovery, advocate for their rights, and contribute to social change.

We aim to work collaboratively with our service users to facilitate their reintegration into the community and advocate for policies that end homelessness in Hong Kong.

Our Kindness Walk aims to connect with the homeless community, providing vital support to individuals who may be facing physical and mental vulnerabilities due to their circumstances.
