Social Worker Outreach Programme

This is an essential outreach service led by social workers. We provide basic support for those who are in need on the streets and guide individuals to our 29 Community Centre for further assistance.

Our outreach service partners with medical experts to conduct basic physical check-ups and offer health counselling to those living on the streets. The goal is to encourage people to prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing.
